Hearts of Steel was an original production presented by the Malaysian Student Society of Manchester in 2022. The plot explores the relationship between humanity and robots, showing that robots can develop feelings and thoughts just like human. The set design was extremely simplistic to accommodate the venue as there were limited space for scene changes. The design focused more on props, costume and projection to help convey the story to the audience. As the theme of the story is very futuristic, the projections were designed to be non-realistic. All the projections were my own designs and were created using Procreate.
